Important Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All personal information, authentication credentials, and active sessions will be permanently purged.
1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the ENX Money app installed on your Android device:
- Open the ENX Money application.
- Tap Profile & Settings on the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Support & Legal section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm. Your account and tokens will be wiped immediately.
2. Web-Based Deletion Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit your registered account details below to initiate permanent deletion:
3. What Happens Upon Deletion?
- Permanently Deleted: Your name, email, phone number, login credentials, security tokens, and profile preferences.
- Anonymized: Transaction ledger entries and invoice numbers are anonymized (e.g. linked to "Deleted User") as required by Indian taxation and company financial record retention regulations.
- Timeline: Electronic identity records are purged immediately. Regulatory backup cycles cycle out within 30 days.
