Production Terms of Service • v3.2.0 • Effective: September 1, 2026 • Updated: September 7, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you (the "User", "Merchant", "You", or "Your") and Enterprenex Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our", having its registered office at Hyderabad, Telangana, India) governing your access to and use of the ENX Money mobile application, web dashboard, APIs, and associated bookkeeping services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or utilizing any feature of ENX Money, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all provisions herein, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the application.
Service Model Affirmation: ENX Money is a specialized software utility for business financial records and bookkeeping. ENX Money is NOT a bank, lender, credit broker, investment advisory platform, insurance intermediary, payment aggregator, or commercial marketplace.

Access to core bookkeeping features requires registering an Account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration details, including your full legal name, valid email address, mobile telephone number, and secure password.
Identity verification is completed via a 6-digit email One-Time Password (OTP) delivered to your registered email. OTPs expire in five (5) minutes and permit up to five (5) verification attempts before being invalidated. You may not register automated, fictitious, or duplicate accounts, nor impersonate any person or legal entity.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login email, account password, local App Lock PIN, and session credentials. You accept full legal and operational responsibility for all transactions, entries, edits, and communications initiated under your Account.
Where local App Lock (Fingerprint, Face Unlock, or PIN) is enabled, it functions exclusively on-device via the operating system's hardware security enclave (local_auth). The Company does not store or process your biometrics. You agree to notify us immediately at support@enxmoney.com or legal@enxmoney.com upon suspecting any unauthorized access.
When entering your Business Profile (trading name, business category, registered address, GSTIN, and PAN), you warrant that all submitted details are legitimate, accurate, and legally registered to your commercial enterprise. You remain solely responsible for maintaining all necessary business licenses, registrations, and tax filings required by Applicable Law.
Permitted Use: You may use the Service strictly for lawful business bookkeeping, customer credit management, supplier record-keeping, GST invoice generation, loan tracking, and analytics.

ENX Money is not a chartered accountant, certified tax practitioner, financial advisor, or legal counsel. The Service does not provide tax, financial, legal, or investment advice.
Informational Calculations: GST calculations, slab breakdowns (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%), CGST/SGST/IGST splits, and loan amortization simulations are generated solely based on user-entered values. You bear the sole responsibility to independently verify all calculations, totals, tax items, and legal declarations with a qualified chartered accountant before issuing invoices or filing statutory returns.
Local Compilation & Zero Tax Liability: Invoices are compiled on your device as PDF or Excel documents. The Company shall have zero liability for tax assessments, penalties, interest, audit findings, or disallowance of input tax credit (ITC) resulting from your reliance upon documents generated through the Service.
With respect to customer, supplier, and counterparty data entered into the Service, you act as the Data Fiduciary / Controller under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Company operates strictly as a Data Processor hosting your records.
You warrant that you have obtained lawful consent and authority to record the personal and debt information of your counterparties. The Company enforces strict multi-tenant isolation at the database layer (scoping queries with WHERE user_id = ?); your counterparty data is never shared with other users or commercial third parties.
The Service provides product cataloging capabilities for tracking item names, descriptions, SKU codes, stock levels, purchase prices, sales prices, and GST rates. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of catalog details. The Company does not inspect, store, insure, handle, or verify physical goods cataloged in the Service.
Offline Bookkeeping Only: ENX Money does NOT process electronic monetary payments, wire transfers, or fund settlements. Features such as "Gave ₹", "Got ₹", and payment method tags (Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque) function exclusively as digital record-keeping logs entered by the user.
The Company holds no custody, escrow, or deposit of funds. Any future third-party payment gateway integrations will be governed by the independent terms of licensed payment aggregators.
Current Free Access: The core features of ENX Money (Khata ledgers, GST invoicing, loan tracking, and analytics) are currently provided 100% free of charge without mandatory subscriptions.
Future Premium Tiers: The Company reserves the right to introduce optional premium subscription tiers, enterprise modules, or paid cloud features in future updates. Transparent pricing and advance notice will be provided, and no charges will occur without your voluntary, affirmative subscription selection.
If you choose to purchase an optional subscription or feature, billing will be handled securely through Google Play In-App Billing (or designated licensed payment processors). Fees will be quoted in INR or local currency, exclusive of applicable statutory GST. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.
All refund requests and billing disputes are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key terms include:
You may cancel any future paid subscription at any time without cancellation fees. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled via Google Play Subscriptions (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Cancellation halts future recurring renewals, with access continuing through the paid period.
The Company may offer promotional trials or introductory discounts. Specific duration and terms will be disclosed at offer time. Free trials requiring payment credentials convert into paid recurring plans upon expiration unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to trial completion.
You retain 100% ownership and title to all business data, customer profiles, product catalogs, invoice entries, and ledger notes you store in the Service. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, cache, compute, backup, and process your Content to deliver the Service. You may export your records anytime in PDF or Excel format.
The Company maintains automated daily database backups and disaster recovery protocols. However, the Company does not guarantee that data loss will never occur due to unforeseen catastrophic infrastructure events or cyber incidents. You are strongly advised to maintain regular local backups by exporting your records via the in-app PDF and Excel tools.
The "ENX Money" name, brand identity, logos, user interface designs, codebases, software architecture, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Enterprenex Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your devices solely for internal business bookkeeping.
The Service utilizes select third-party services including Google Gmail SMTP (for transactional OTP delivery) and Google Play Services (for app updates and billing). The Company does not control third-party infrastructure. ENX Money contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, ad trackers, or data-broker libraries.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without uptime SLAs. Access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. The application provides offline caching to maintain viewing capability during intermittent network disconnections.
The Company regularly releases updates via the Google Play Store to enhance security, add capabilities, and address bug fixes. The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with or without notice.
User Termination: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your Account via Profile & Settings → Data & Privacy Dashboard → Delete Account or our public Deletion Portal.
Company Suspension/Termination: The Company may suspend or terminate your Account immediately for: (a) material breach of these Terms or Privacy Policy; (b) fraud, deceptive practices, or illegal conduct; (c) security tampering or automated abuse; or (d) regulatory or statutory court orders.
Upon termination, active sessions are revoked immediately, personal profile data is purged, and financial ledgers may be retained in anonymized format for up to 8 years under statutory compliance (Companies Act & GST regulations).
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, in no event shall Enterprenex Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, business interruption, lost data, tax penalties, or loss of input tax credit (ITC) — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The aggregate monetary liability of the Company for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000.
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CALCULATIONS, TAX SLABS, OR INVOICE TOTALS WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enterprenex Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and legal expenses arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) inaccuracy of User Data or tax declarations; (d) infringement of third-party rights; or (e) disputes with your customers or suppliers.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) business days by contacting legal@enxmoney.com. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, the competent civil courts situated in Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms to reflect updates in functionality or regulations. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Material modifications will be communicated through an in-app notice. Continued use of ENX Money after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
